60s Fashion

Recently I have been looking into my favourite trends and I have come into the decision that mine is by far 60s fashion! I love everything about it! The colours are simply beautiful, I love the coats and the swing dresses and Twiggy's big beautiful eyes. Yesterday I was looking in COW in Sheffield, and I was amazed by how pretty the dresses are, especially when they are designed to be from the era. I think that everything about the 60s are adorable! Pastels are my favourite colours, and to have them in such a successful trend, I think is glorious!
One of my favourite cinematography/wardobes in a film has to be Breakfast at Tiffanys as it is all so pretty and pastel. Holly is one of my all time favourite characters (although she does remind me a bit of Gatsby because of how she recreates herself) and her wardrobe is simply stunning...What I would give to look like Audrey Hepburn!
I have written this post in preparation for the post about my purchases/wishlist from COW, Topshop, Asos and more which also fit in with the trend.
Thank you for reading please comment below if you know anymore good shops for 60s themed clothes.

Spring/Summer 2015

I have been watching numerous runway shows which preview the SS15 trends and clothing and I am amazed! For one Dolce and Gabanna are beautiful....as always (if only I could afford anything from there!) and of course the Miu Miu campaign is beautiful with all of the amazing pastel shades, which are honestly adorable! I have to say my favourite preview of Miu Miu is starring Imogen Poots in a red leather jacket and a navy skirt. She is styling slicked back wavy hair, with a peach lip and subtle yet stunning eye makeup!
I thought that I'd attach the image so that everyone else could cry over how stunningly amazing the clothes and designs are....if only I could afford that jacket....and if only it wasn't made out of cow skin!!!

Another favourite of mine has to be the Chanel catwalk, where the models and Karl Lagerfield himself stood up for feminsim once and for all. I would classify myself as a feminist, and I am exceptionally pleased to see all of those models set an example to girls and women everywhere, and to do it so well dressed! It must have been an amazing show and I am well and truly devastated I wasn't there.
Everything about this campaign is flawless! The colours are exextravagantnd and bold, yet beautiful and flattering. The campaign also features numerous suits and skirts so the line is definitely diverse, and has something for everyone!
